Elder Deborah L. Miller serves as the lead overseer and board member or Touch The World. She currently resides in Houston, Texas where she serves as an active ordained and licensed Elder of the gospel. She has ministered at LA County Central Jail, Tehachapi Correctional Prison Facility, Chino Prison, as well as various churches and ventures throughout the states.  She is an anointed woman of God with the backing of the Holy Ghost, her family & friends.
