Colette Toomer Cruz serves as the Chaplain and Production Manager for Touch The World, with over thirty years in the Theatre, she is an experienced director, producer, actor and coach. She is the visionary and founder of Club Judah which served as the Los Angeles hub for Christian Hip Hop artists for over ten years, as well as producer of the podcast Club Judah Returnz! Her most recent God directed adventure, is that of starting His Penn and Sword Publishing House and, as owner and editor, ever in search of books that bring the world, wisdom, joy and inspiration.
Colette is a licensed and ordained minister and the Executive Pastor of Love and Faith Christian Center in Los Angeles, CA.  Colette and her husband, of thirty- eight years, Senior Pastor Dr. Paul O. Cruz, are currently in their twenty-seventh year of pastoring.
Colette is the mother of three adult children, all of whom love the Lord with
passion.  She preaches with an uncommon directness always mindful of her promise to The Lord:
